: (1) For the management of forest-related activities in the protected forest, the action plan should be prepared and submitted to the Provincial Ministry through the Directorate as prescribed by the Division Forest Office.
(2) If there is a need to make any changes in the action plan submitted according to sub-section (1), the provincial ministry can send it back to the directorate and after the directorate makes the necessary changes and sends it along with its opinion, the provincial ministry will approve the action plan.
(3) The action plan approved as per sub-section (2) shall be implemented by the Divisional Forest Officer.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the management of forests under other management systems within protected forest areas shall be done in accordance with the action plan as per sub-section (1).
